Cost

  • Registration - Registration cost will be the same for NYCSHS members and non-members and is presently $249/person.  This includes ALL activities including our Saturday train excursion* and evening banquet.

*NOTE: If you desire to ride the Kitchi Gammi Club, please add $95.00 to your registration cost.  Seating is limited to the first 20 subscribers.

  • Accommodations - Rates at the Delta Hotel and Conference Center in Kalamazoo MI are $139/night for up to 4 adults (plus taxes and hotel fees).  Reservations can be made in the following two ways:

    1. By phone - Call 269-375-6000, press 1, ask for a reservation at the Kalamazoo Delta Hotel & Conference Center in the New York Central System Historical block

    2. Online

*IMPORTANT: To qualify for the reduced room rates listed above when making your hotel reservation by phone, you MUST:

  1. Make your reservations by April 13, 2026

  2. Ask to book your room(s) in the "New York Central System" block

You are responsible for making your own reservations. They are NOT included in the convention registration.
