Using the Collinwood Shop

Step 1 - If you are a NEW user, please click on this link and set up your store account.  Once it is set up, you will eventually be notified by email that your account has been approved*.  If you have purchased from the Collinwood Shop in the past, please skip to Step 3.

*IMPORTANT: Do NOT order anything from the Collinwood Shop until you receive the email from us telling you that you have been approved!  And do NOT confuse your “Approval” message with the automated message sent out by the store immediately after your registration.  You are waiting for one of us to manually check your membership status and code the result into your account.  While most “Approval” messages go out within a few hours, it could take longer if both of our storekeepers are attending railfan events.  Please be patient.

Step 2 - Once you have been approved, you may come to the Collinwood Shop (link below) and log in using the “My Account” link, located at the top right of your screen.​

Step 3 - Enter your email address and the password (that you set up when you opened your account with us) in the "Returning Customers" area, on the right side of the page:

NOTE: If you have forgotten your password: Click on the red “Reset My Password” button (shown above) and enter your email address.  You will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password.

 

Step 4 - After you enter the correct email address and password you will be taken back to the front page of the store.  From there you may select the “Category” from which you wish to order (screenshot shown below):

Step 5 - After choosing a category, you may find a drop-down selection of sub-categories and/or items from which to make a selection.  (See example below)  From here you select the sub-category or item and that takes you to the actual item(s) for sale.

Step 6 - To order, click on the item(s) you are interested in and follow the online instructions to add those to your cart or to checkout.
