NYCSHS 2027 Annual Convention - Springfield

Our Current 2027 NYCSHS Convention Schedule of Events (as of 6/27/2026)

​

​​As we will be in partnership with the New England/Northeast Railroad Prototype Modelers Meet, our 2027 convention will depart somewhat from its usual format.  However, we feel that this arrangement will allow for some exciting and rewarding presentations featuring information about the B&A, NYCS, and modeling.​​​​

Here is our initial tentative schedule.  There will be more information to follow, as it is confirmed:

  • No-host reception, Banquet (w/guest speaker, Mr. Kelly Lynch - FWRHS), and Annual Business meeting

  • Presentations - Covering various aspects of New York Central history and modeling

Cost

  • Registration - Registration cost will be the same for NYCSHS members and non-members and is presently $TBD/person.  This includes ALL activities including our Saturday train excursion and evening banquet.

  • Accommodations - Rates at the Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place Hotel in Springfield MA are as posted on the hotel website (plus taxes and hotel fees).  Reservations can be made in the following two ways:

    2. Online (to be provided at future date)
